
These delicious cookies are perfect for the warm summer months and camping trips!
Ingredients you will need:
- 1 stick of softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cadbury chocolate (about 3/4 of a chocolate bar)
- about 1/2 mini marshmallows
Toppings:
- a handful of mini marshmallows
- cadbury chocolate for drizzle and to put on top
- graham cracker bears
Step 1
preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
Step 2
in a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.set aside
step 3


in a medium bowl, using a hand beater, whip the stick of butter with the brown and white sugar for about 1-2 minutes until it is light and fluffy.
Step 4

add in the egg and vanilla and beat together until well combined(about 1 min)
Step 5

scrap down the bowl and add in 1/3 of the flour mixture at a time mixing on low speed, and scraping down the bowl after every addition.

add in the chopped chocolate, and using a hand spatula, fold the chocolate into thye dough until fully combined.

scoop out the dough with an ice cream scoop spacing the dough out generously.

add in about 3-4 mini marshmallows into the inside of every cookie, and cover all the marshmallows with the rest of the dough, flatten the dough alittle.

bake the cookies for about ten minutes, then add in a few marshmallows on top and continue to bake for about 2-3 more minutes, just until starting to brown on the sides.

let the cookies cool down completely, and then melt the rest of the cadbury chocolate until melted. Add into a small piping bag and drizzle the tops of each cookie, and immediately add the rest of the toppings on top(graham bears, chocolate bars,marshmallows, etc.
